In conjunction with Hays Retail, our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic, energetic and driven Assistant Manager in Training to join the management team of their Moree Store. The business is a global food brand, with stores throughout Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record working within a similar fast paced environment, either within a retail or fast food business, where they would preferably have worked in a supervisory or coordinator role.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Assistant Manager Moree

• Staff Management and coordination
• Responsible for coaching, training and motivating staff
• Stock management, managing orders and stock checks
• Responsible for managing standards
• OH&S Management
• Supporting senior management in day to day operations

Qualifications/Experience of a Trainee Assistant Manager Moree

• Recent/Relevant experience within a fast pace retail/fast food environment
• Experience supervising staff
• A proven track record of excellent customer service
• A passion for retail/hospitality

The successful candidate will be given a competitive package, including a salary of $36k, plus Super, along with a structured training plan that will give them the opportunity to learn, develop and progress their career.
