We are currently recruiting for a motivated and professional Service Receptionist to join our Service Team at Tweed Heads in Northern NSW.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• An ability to multitask between customer enquiries and service paperwork
• High level organisational skills will an ability to work under pressure during busy periods
• Current Manual Drivers Licence

What the role entails:

• Answering customer enquiries from walk in customers and telephone enquiries
• Arranging suitable appointment times for customers vehicles to be serviced
• Customer follow-up regarding missed appointments, recall reminders and parts
• Completion of necessary paperwork
