We are currently recruiting for a motivated and professional Service Receptionist to join our Service Team at Tweed Heads in Northern NSW.

What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication and telephone manner
- An ability to multitask between customer enquiries and service paperwork
- High level organisational skills will an ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
What the role entails:
- Answering customer enquiries from walk in customers and telephone enquiries
- Arranging suitable appointment times for customers vehicles to be serviced
- Customer follow-up regarding missed appointments, recall reminders and parts
- Completion of necessary paperwork
